Recent Apple news as reported by The Next Web, after more than 170 million devices sold, the company is debuting its fourth-generation tablet called the iPad Air with a 9.7-inch Retina display.
The new iPad Air is thinner and lighter previous version. It weighs just 1 pound and comes equipped with an A7 chip. It’s bezel is 43 percent thinner and a GPU speed 72 times faster. It has a 5MP iSight camera, 1080p HD video with new FaceTime HD camera with larger pixels, improved backside illumination, and dual microphone. It has a 10-hour battery life as well. It will be available in silver/white and gray/black and environmentally friendly. It will replace the top of the line iPad and cost $499 for 16GB and $629 for 16GB and cellular connectivity. The new iPad will begin shipping on November 1.
