Previously, Baidu Inc has launched a mobile operating system of their own based on Android, the Baidu Yi. Interestingly, Baidu and Dell plan to jointly develop tablet computers and mobile phones, targeting the Chinese market dominated by Apple Inc and Lenovo.
Dell’s device developers now have become the first announced a partnership with Baidu, which has already said it would develop tablet computers and smartphones for Baidu Inc.

Android OS 3.0 Honeycomb is the latest from OS from the android that features exciting views and the advantage of greater functionality than to the Android 2.3 Gingerbread and previous OS. However, the google is telling that Android 3.0 was created for the tablet and not for mobile phones.
